2 days ago: 50% of room rate
This  Sun: 100% of room rate
Non-night without contact: 100% of room rate

Please note that a cancellation fee (100%) will be applied if the number of guests is changed (reduced) within one week of staying.

If you want to change the number of people, please be sure to contact us at least one week before the date of use.

* Refunds will be made by bank transfer. (No credit refund)

* Regarding the use of the hotel

This facility is a rental villa, so meals are not included.
Please be careful when handling fire.
Bringing in dangerous goods unrelated to leisure and daily life is prohibited.
No one except the guest is allowed to enter.
If it is discovered, you will be charged double the regular fee.
In addition, you may be asked to leave the venue if it is determined to be malicious. In that case, no refund will be given. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
