Please make a reservation after understanding that the staff is not stationed locally and the service is not the same as that of the hotel.
* Cancellation
7 days ago: 30% of room rate
2 days ago : 50% of room rate
This Sun: 100% of room rate
Non-night without contact: 100% of room rate
Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied if the number of guests is changed (reduced) within one week of staying.
If you want to change the number of people, please be sure to contact us at least one week before the date of use.
* Refunds will be made by bank transfer. (No credit refund)
* Regarding the use of the hotel
No shoes are allowed on the guest rooms and terrace.
Please take off your shoes at the entrance, use slippers indoors, and use your own sandals on the terrace.
Please be sure to wear a bathing suit when using the open-air bath or sauna.
When checking out, please be sure to wash the dishes and return to the current state of the facility.
This facility is a rental villa, so meals are not included.
Bringing in dangerous goods unrelated to leisure and daily life is prohibited.
Please be considerate of those who live nearby, day or night.
We are not responsible for any troubles with neighboring residents.
Please note that you may be asked to leave the room if there is a complaint or report from a neighbor.
(Especially pay attention to the volume on the terrace after 21:00 pm)
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by drinking alcohol.
Please cooperate in separating garbage.
If you are vomited due to drunkenness, indoors or outdoors, special cleaning is required, so we will charge an additional 11,000 yen (tax included) as a cleaning fee.
There are dangerous places in the facility for small children and pets, so please be careful not to take your eyes off.
In addition, we are not responsible for any accidents, troubles or injuries at this facility.
To prevent fire, the use of fireworks and other firearms is prohibited.
If there is damage due to firearm, we will charge the repair cost at the actual cost.
Please be careful when handling fire.
If the building or ancillary equipment is damaged due to the customer's negligence during the period of stay, we will charge the repair cost, business warranty cost, etc. at the actual cost.

<About the number of guests>
The basic charge for this facility is a charter charge for 4 people.
Additional charges will apply for stays of 4 people or more.

The maximum number of guests is 10 adults.
Please note that you will not be allowed to enter facilities other than the guests.
(Additional charges will be incurred if you stay without staying)
Please be sure to contact us in advance if there is an increase in the number of staff after the reservation is confirmed.
If it is discovered without contacting us, we will charge double the regular fee.
In addition, you may be asked to leave the venue if it is determined to be malicious.
In that case, no refund will be given. Please note that.
* For guests with pets
Pets are allowed only in the cage in the guest room.
Please do not take it out of the cage.
If your pet is polluted in the facility with a toilet, etc.
An additional cleaning fee (10,000 yen) will be charged separately from the pet cleaning fee.
